I’m grateful that you’ve put this together and I expect to become quite familiar with your website. I’ve only recently confirmed that I have FM, and because I also have Meniere’s disease I can’t have any significant degree of sodium. Since I’ve already learned to navigate that minefield, this one shouldn’t be too much of a challenge. I’ll admit that it’s more than a bit frustrating to have to give up MORE food options, particularly when much of it is typically quite healthy, but it’s sure nice to find a resource that can help me along.

I’ve just recently discovered your blog and it’s been an absolute godsend! Not only do I follow a strict low FODMAP diet due to health reasons, but I am also fructose intolerant AND severely lactose intolerant. It’s been pretty hard finding recipes outside the ”plain salad and veggies spectrum’ until I found your blog 🙂
